This position entails supporting New and Existing accounts and providing an expert level of customer and company services.
Account Manager $18-$24 hr
JOB OVERVIEW
•Serve as a consultative liaison between Amarillo Graphics and New or Existing account contacts; internally within Amarillo Graphic Departments to respond to client specific requests
•Conduct on-site visits and quarterly reviews with key account contacts
•Identify website and advertising needs within assigned accounts.
•Conduct periodic review of clients’ content and policies and up-sell additional services within existing accounts
•Support new account implementations, HRIS project planning and integrations, user communication and implementation; consult with clients at an executive level
•Contract renewal recommendations to senior management and contract negotiations with client
•Grow territory through up-selling of additional and/or new products and services
•Travel required up to 25% of the time
Requirements
•Strong analytical skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•Take ownership of problems and anticipate issues by taking proactive action
•Manage multiple national corporate accounts
•Ability to resolve complex service inquiries, up-sell and meet with clients as needed
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•Experienced in relating to top executives of Fortune 500 companies.
•Solid software and presentation skills are required
•Valid Driver’s License
•3-5 years of client facing experience is strongly preferred
•Experience working in an web or graphic design service industry is a big plus
