Sales Manager – Base plus CommissionAbout the Product:
This entry level position can compensate 50% additional income or higher over the base salary based on meeting performance goals. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in telephone sales desired.
Job Description
-Handles customer service issues, resolves problems, and provides ideas and solutions for marketing.
-Solicits new business via outbound cold calling.
-Closes new business with prospects that call in as leads.
-Develops strong relations with customers to build a referral network.
-Participates in formal and informal sales training.
-Becomes knowledgeable in the Amarillo Graphics product line and practices within the financial services industry.
-Performs other duties as required
-Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in telephone sales.

-Technical expertise: Strong understanding of the consultative sales approach.
